"Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway? The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!! Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too. My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge. I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking. My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked? Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again."
"The transportation is very convenient, close to Irvine, and not far from San Diego and Los Angeles. If you need to take care of both places, it is a good choice. The price is also good compared to surrounding hotels."
"Very new hotel. I saw it was owned by Hilton and it was a family hotel, with many tourists with children. The room facilities were very new and clean. There was an open kitchenette in the room, which could boil water and had a large refrigerator. The bed was also quite comfortable, king size. The soundproofing was especially good. Our room was on the side of the highway, but we couldn't hear the noise of cars outside. The breakfast buffet was also good. Although there were not many types, they were all delicious, and they were all pure Western breakfasts. We arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and there was only one person at the front desk. Check-in was fast, but there were few front desk staff, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs by ourselves. The hotel also has a parking lot. The overall check-in situation was good, and the price-performance ratio was high. Recommended!"
"This is my second time staying at the hotel. I have a good rest every time. The transportation is convenient, the parking is free, the WIFI is great, the breakfast is rich, and the price-performance ratio is very good! This time I also saw beautiful jacaranda flowers nearby!"
"The room I got was newly remodeled but so much is missing:
1. Ironing board
2.Towel Hangers in the bathroom
3. Extra pillows for the sofa bed
4. A blanket for the sofa bed
5. There was only one caffeinated Keurig cup snd 3 decaf. I drink caffeinated so one was not enough
6. Balcony door could not lock"
"The hotel is very good, the health is good, the bed is a bit high haha. In short, is it good?"
