Extremely dated and poor quality hotel. Poor furniture, stained chairs and sofas. Don’t bother looking out of the window, you overlook a function hall. Restaurants are tired, staff uniform is appalling throughout this hotel. The number of complaints these guys have must really effect the morale of the staff. Management seriously need to compare themselves to any 3/4 star hotel and they will see where they going wrong. They need to invest in bedding and towels iron and iron boards and overall basic improvements and better quality of standards. The best part of the stay is the housekeeping staff, they made the best job they could with the old dated bathrooms and carpet. I have to stay another few days, let’s see if things improve.

I booked this venue in January 2023 for 7th to 10th of February 2023 according to hotel policy pay at the property I were in Uk when I made a booking when arrived in Pakistan I called hotel 3 days before to check booking is still valid they said my booking is confirmed,when I came to check in on 7th of February they said my booking is cancelled I were shocked I asked who cancelled it then because I have not paid you got call the hotel before 10am same day I argued it doesn’t say any where so I had no choice but to book a another venue my mrs was very upset, I will not recommend to anyone m.Ilyas Uk

Avari again lived up to its mark. I was greeted with a warm welcome and respect by a wonderful staff upon arrival. I was a bit early and tired cause of long haul flight but the staff graciously checked me in and made sure I was feeling relaxed and comfortable..throughout the stay they made sure I was feeling like home by displaying extra care and hospitality. I wanted to call out their front desk staff Khadija who displayed extra ordinary customer service skills and was very professional and kind whenever I went there. Location is great closer to all the international franchises and it’s really safe and lively..their morning buffet has variety of dishes to pick from and they the staff is very forthcoming making sure you start your day with with great energy..Again thanks Avari and its staff for a wonderful stay..
