Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

appreciated that they had a junior room for solo travelers. great space, location and staff. have stayed here twice - as a solo travelers and also with my family. will be my go to hotel when in sarajevo.

Nice quaint hotel in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Reception were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. Room was a little small due to the slanted ceiling. My girlfriend is very short and still managed to hit her head twice on the beams.

President Hotel has a perfect location，-Just 1-3 minutes’ walk to the Latin Bridge and Old Town， -5 minutes’ walk to the cable car station，10 minutes’ walk to the Yellow Fortress， Transportation costs €20from/to the airport， €12from the main bus terminal， Also, Hotel staff will help call a taxi for you. They are so nice and polite. 5 minutes’ walk to the ，airport bus stop The breakfast offers a good variety of food，The room is clean and spacious，with plenty of space on both sides of the bed—perfect for placing chargers, phones, handbags, etc. The overall room size is generous

The location is excellent, right in the old town . The waiter was very nice I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight. If not I only hope the elephant will be alright😭🥹 （sorry my engilsh is not good ）

The hostel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore and offering a wide variety of dining options. I've stayed for two nights now. The staff are very welcoming, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It would be even better if it had a locker.

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.
