"Hotel is situated off the Stephanie shopping street, a close walk to metro and tram station. Had a positive check in experience and was done all correct and efficient. I got room 304, which was a spacious room with a semi entrance hall and mid size bathroom., clearly lay out for business travellers in mind. But no ways to additional safety lock the the door. The room was clean, but very obvious had it's best time, like the whole Hotel too, it had a run down feel to it with small elevators. It could need a refurbishment and necessary renovation. All over i had a pleasant stay."

"We stayed at Citybox Brussels for one night on 15/5. The location is great—within walking distance to many restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. Check-in was quick and easy using the self-service machines. There’s also a spacious shared kitchen available, which is a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon check-in. Overall, everything was good, though the lighting in the room felt a bit dim. Still, we were very satisfied with our stay."

"Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. Was very friendly and helpful, the room, and the general areas were very clean, and the location was amazing. I have not tried their breakfast as I wanted to discover nearby places. Another plus was that you could open all the windows in the room to get fresh air. This was extra helpful as they had no ac in September. If you prefer cold room to sleep in, this might not be the right one for you around this time. Brenda at the lobby is very nice and Brandon at the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay ay Hygge again."

"Super worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival."
