"Everything is so perfect. The hotel is just 2min walking from Rogier station, i choose this hotel because it is closed to flexibus station. You may walk to nearby attractions too."
"The hotel is well-located and easily accessible. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't always flush properly. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful."
"It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable."
"Hotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items. One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s. Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite."
"Ideal location with the city center in 5 minutes walking distance. It's a charming hotel with a unique interior. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and offer basic commodities. For the price and the location it's a nice deal, friendly staff included."
"It was very family friendly hotel. The room was smaller than i expected but i was so surprised they offered a house keeping service everyday while staying. Swimming pool is small, but perfect for kids. I really enjoyed the stream room."
"Not bad! Photos are true. Great living room.
The main problem is noise isolation."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended
GGuest UserSpacious room and really comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunatley, free bottled water is not provided in the room so bring your own if you dont drink tap water and/or spend on the mininbar. Breakfast is decent with good quality food but the variety is a bit limited. Staff is nice and friendly. Location may not be ideal for tourist as the hotel locates in a business districts. If you go by tram to reach the hotel, it's better to alight at Rogier and avoid the North Station which is quite shady and not the safest spot in this beautiful city.

Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.
GGuest UserThe hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed. The sofa bed is very large and comfortable. I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave. There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big. An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants just a few steps away. All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .
GGuest UserRight in the middle of attraction places. Closed to central station. They allow you to check in early as well. Yummy breakfast. You will love it.
__S-17-M_Good cost effective hotel to stay in for a few days and very good location to navigate around the city of Brussels. Very close to train station and metro/trams.
