Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Hotel muito bem localizado, há poucos metros de distância da rua coberta. Acomodações muito boas, café da manhã com boa variedade e muito bem servido. Piscina coberta aquecida e brinquedoteca são bons atrativos para dias chuvosos. Funcionários muito bem treinados e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Por outro lado, é uma grande comodidade contar com o serviço de manobristas do hotel.

The hotel has almost 4 stars. Pros: Good bed and dressing, Good bath and hygiene products Educated staff Excellent breakfast coffee! Contras: The blackout has blown light all over. The school's steels were not in good condition. The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

O café da manha é um espetaculo a parte, alem de muitas delicias o entreterimento feito torna tudo mais especial, e por fim o atendimento, caloroso, humano, perfeito. We had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

RECREACIONISTAS nota mil. Diversas atividades no dia da criança (e final de semana). Pretendo voltar todo ano nesta época. Minha filha adorou. Única reclamação é que só tinha um recepcionista e quando este saía não ficava ninguém em substituição.
