Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Great service at reception, delicious food with several breakfast options, the guys at reception helped me carry my bags, they looked after me very well, daily cleaning in the rooms during my stay, there was an iron available for guests , because I really needed it, and it was free, 24-hour kitchen available to guests for free use, I also loved it, car garage you don't have to worry, because they keep the keys to guests' cars at reception in case they need to take the car for you to go out. Change of towels sheets every day. And it's a very well located place, I got to know the whole area walking with my boyfriend, I only went to further places by car. I have nothing to complain about. And when there were questions, the reception staff were very kind and willing to explain. I would definitely return to the hotel!

The hotel has almost 4 stars. Pros: Good bed and dressing, Good bath and hygiene products Educated staff Excellent breakfast coffee! Contras: The blackout has blown light all over. The school's steels were not in good condition. The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

The hotel is very well located, a few meters away from the covered street. Very good accommodation, breakfast with a variety of and very well served. Heated covered swimming pool and toy are good attractions for rainy days. The hotel is very well trained and careful staff, and the fact that the parking is paid is a negative point.

We had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

RECREACIONISTAS nota mil. Diversas atividades no dia da criança (e final de semana). Pretendo voltar todo ano nesta época. Minha filha adorou. Única reclamação é que só tinha um recepcionista e quando este saía não ficava ninguém em substituição.

We had a great time at the hotel. The only thing missing is a heated pool to be perfect. The food was delicious and the attendants were very friendly.

The water is the best part. Good breakfast. People are kind and the hospitality is clear.
