NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

GGuest UserThe first is the reception boys who are lovely, especially the Maike. Culte, educated and super patient. I loved everyone. The hotel, wonderful without telling the breakfast that most seems to be a banquet. If you are in doubt , I assure you that you'll like it!

SSamaraAdorei o hotel, todos muito receptivos. Muito bem organizado e limpo. Um diferencial de outros que tem uma mini cozinha, bom para quem tem criança pequena, até colocaram um berço para meu bebê.

GGuest UserЯ довольно много путешествовал по миру и был в разных отелях, в том числе и в 3*. Но этот вариант, несмотря на то что выглядит новым, больше похож на хостел. Номера очень простые, шумоизоляции нет, обслуживания тоже. На завтраке в 9 утра было очень много людей, стояла очередь за чистыми тарелками, а атмосфера напоминала столовую.
Очень бюджетный вариант проживания.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very educated, helped us in everything. But the room was in bad condition, the floor was badly clean, the smell of the room was terrible, the smell of mopho, had some kind of insect in the beds, the wings of these bikini all over the corner, at the time of sleep we were dividing the bed with the insects . The breakfast was even very nice, but the place where it was served had a strange smell, the impression was that if I looked at the floor it was that the place was not clean. I don't recommend.
