"The hotel (i.e. the building with a Swiss flag in my photo) has an excellent location, which is close to Luzern train station, the pier and a main bus stop. Ground floor is their restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast with a fantastic view of Chapel Bridge. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. The room is cozy and clean. It is not big but I can still open my large suitcase. With its central location and service quality, I think it is absolutely a good value of money."

"This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station. Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. "Convenient location, 11 min walk from the lucerne train station. Got shops and groceries nearby. Got some history there as it's an ex prison. Quite fun to live in."
