"I love this hotel so much. The scenery nearby is great. If I have enough time, I will definitely stay here for a few more days to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The store also gave me delicious chocolates, which is great! You can see the lake and the mountains from the hotel, which is absolutely amazing. Picture 1 is the view from our window. We don't have a lake view room, but we are on the side, which is also pretty good. I will definitely stay in a lake view room next time I go there, it must be great!"

"hotel service is perfect. The view is phenomenal for Lakeview penthouse rooms. There are restaurant and bar by the lake, but a room service to the room and have dinner at balcony is even better. Ordering room service can be done via tablet, very convenient. But remember there are service charges for room service. Sadly is the room we checked-in was without a bathtub. Will consider to get the outdoor bathtub room next time. "

II Love TravellingsWe stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

GGuest UserLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

When we reported that the main room heating wasn't working, the staff immediately provided us with a portable heater， which made the room warm and comfortable. Great service!

GGuest UserOne of the cheapest hostel options in Luzern, yet also the best. Beautiful common area aside, the bed capsule is one of the comfiest of my 46-day Europe trip. Free huge luggage storage. And the shower facilities are as well-equipped/designed as many Japanese hostel. Location-wise, it’s 1min walk away from bus stop (and few minutes from an awesome glacial museum), super convenient. The only weird thing was the electronic luggage storage failed on me two times, like I couldn’t open it after closing it with the electronic key. One of the times happened past midnight (receptionist had left), leaving me with no toothbrush/facial care to use before sleeping. Not sure what went wrong. But overall I totally enjoyed my stay here. An accommodation option I’d prioritize next time I’m back to Luzern.
