II Love TravellingsWe stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

GGuest UserLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. When we reported that the main room heating wasn't working, the staff immediately provided us with a portable heater， which made the room warm and comfortable. Great service!
