GGuest UserNew hotel is conveniently situated at tainan 老街，great architecture design with arts pieces on display, rooms are super spacious with beautiful interior deco. Breakfast set is sooooo delicious with different menu to choose from including vegetarian, staff are attentive & friendly, wlll definitely recommend to stay for a different experience.

GGuest UserThe room design was stylish, but a bit small. The hotel included breakfast and dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out about dinner with a free drink per person, as I initially thought only breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel for foodies. However, be aware that the dinner menu primarily consists of late-night snack-style dishes, so you might need to grab a little extra of each item to feel full. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, it was a good experience!

AAnonymous UserWe really enjoyed our stay, the location is incredible, everything is super clean, there is water refill and the products (soap and shampoo) they offer are natural and good quality. Feels like a home away from home. Will definately come back and can highly recommend. Cat x

AAnonymous UserThis hotel seems quite new, about a 10-minute walk from the station. Some facilities aren't fully open yet, but there's a coffee machine in the lobby.
The disposable slippers in the room are thick-soled, and there are small cans of Coke and Pocari Sweat. Streaming services are available, and all the requests from my booking were noted, which was very thoughtful. :)
I hope they can add a makeup mirror or full-length mirror in the room.
The sink is a bit too small, and it would be even better if they had a bidet toilet.
It's a shame that in the semi-open shower, water easily splashes everywhere, making it quite wet.
Still, it's a good place for a simple overnight stay! A pretty good hotel, worth recommending.

小小瑩火方方Staying at 'King's Garden Villa' in Guanziling this time, the moment I stepped into the resort, that vacation relaxation just washed over me.
The entire resort is free of towering buildings; what greets your eyes are charming, nature-infused cabins and low-rise houses, artfully scattered throughout the grounds, creating the impression of a secluded village retreat. The main lobby boasts a warm, rustic style, with wooden decor and furniture that feels especially inviting and relaxing.
Even though the hotel has been open for many years, the maintenance of the guest rooms, hot spring pools, and public areas is exceptionally well done – there’s no sense of age whatsoever, which speaks volumes about the meticulous management. The staff’s attitude is just as rumored: friendly, attentive, and making you feel right at home.
No wonder it's always been the top choice for many Tainan locals when they come to Guanziling for hot springs. Its years of excellent reputation prove that a great resort isn't just about the scenery and hot springs, but also about that consistent comfort and warmth. This experience certainly lived up to expectations.

Kkappa630The staff were very polite and attentive in answering questions. The room was comfortable and clean. I was a bit surprised by the small gift selection during check-in. There's a common area on the second floor with snacks and drinks available. Overall, it was a great experience! The only minor drawback is the lack of a laundry room, but there's a laundromat a few minutes' walk away, which is still very convenient.

千千里之行始於足下The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the coach station. There's a large public hot spring bath, and the breakfast is decent enough to fill you up. The room itself is spacious, but toiletries are scarce; only plastic slippers are provided. Luckily, I brought my own slippers and bathing essentials. The biggest flaw, however, is a step at the entrance to the bathroom, which I accidentally tripped over when entering, causing my toe to become red and painfully swollen. It's a really poor design choice.

MMary125Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 1st day room was awful on 9th floor. The bed was super hard like spring mattress with no give especially when sleeping sideways. The bathroom was old and dirty bathtub and the carpet was icky. Asked for a room change as I can't stand the room and I'm a pretty tolerant person. Luckily they offered 7th floor room, much better and probably newer with electronic card key, fresher cleaner bathroom and comfier bed. The 2 rooms has the same room size.
