Stayed here last year and thought I'd come back to the same place. Wasn't quite as good as I remembered, but good for the price. First impressions of the room was that it was great except the cleaning wasn't quite on point - first thing I saw in the bathroom was a used tooth pick on the side next to the sink and the big chair had 2 dead insects on it. Facilities are otherwise good, but I didn't remember the TV being this bad. Booked up via some old school antenna and not a single channel was HD. Even the ones with an HD logo were SD and blurry. Everything else is great and handy that they have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (free apart from $30 for detergent) although one person had hogged both dryers so I had a long wait before I could use a drying machine. Location is fantastic. Easy to walk to most of the sights, and right in the middle of loads of cool food places, even if most of them always seem to be shut!

Everything was great. I loved the location, it’s very close to the train station and bus stops, with a FamilyMart nearby. There isn’t much to eat or see in the immediate area, but a 15-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk can take you anywhere you need to go (west central district, or any night market!), so we were fine with that. The room was clean, and the service was great. Nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean; the blankets, bedding, and pillows were all clean and comfortable. Hot water came on quickly in the bathroom, and the showerhead had adjustable water pressure. It was a great hotel. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I go to Tainan for the Lunar New Year.

Subject: Feedback on Staff Assistance I wanted to take a moment to commend the late shift staff on the 14th. They were extremely helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries with a friendly demeanor. Similarly, the young lady on the day shift was also very welcoming and supportive. Initially, I was quite upset as I had to wait outside for someone to let me in. Given the intense heat and my struggle to drag my luggage from the train station, it was quite uncomfortable. I later learned that the receptionist had stepped away for a moment, which I understand. Despite the challenging conditions, the staff's positive attitude ultimately made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance!

Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. You can even borrow a Dyson hairdryer! Plus, there are leisure facilities on the 8th floor. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was definitely the highlight – they turned several Tainan specialty snacks into a buffet! Eating until I was stuffed each morning wasn't exactly part of the plan, but it was absolutely worth experiencing!

LLingerxingOverall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel included breakfast and dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out about dinner with a free drink per person, as I initially thought only breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel for foodies. However, be aware that the dinner menu primarily consists of late-night snack-style dishes, so you might need to grab a little extra of each item to feel full. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, it was a good experience!

A pleasant surprise was the organic brown rice milk, which was rich, fragrant, and served at the perfect temperature. It was even more delicious with cereals and oats! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the sophisticated and high-quality design of the space. The environment was spacious and comfortable, complemented by a subtle, elegant diffuser scent that made me feel relaxed and pampered right away. The room itself also performed excellently; both the cleanliness and the facilities were very satisfying. I especially loved the snack area on the second floor; the little treats provided made the stay even more thoughtful and enjoyable. Overall, it's a truly impressive hotel, with both the ambiance and service showcasing high quality. Highly recommended!

千千里之行始於足下The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the coach station. There's a large public hot spring bath, and the breakfast is decent enough to fill you up. The room itself is spacious, but toiletries are scarce; only plastic slippers are provided. Luckily, I brought my own slippers and bathing essentials. The biggest flaw, however, is a step at the entrance to the bathroom, which I accidentally tripped over when entering, causing my toe to become red and painfully swollen. It's a really poor design choice.
