Was worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.

Hotel was located along a main road. Just across the road was a restaurant that sold delicious roast chicken among other dishes. 7-11 convenience store was also about 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Clear instructions were given on how to set up the mud hotspring in the hotel room toilet. The water power was good. Will be better if the hotel toilet bowl allows us to throw toilet waste directly into the toilet bowl instead of having to throw all at the bin beside. Room was otherwise quite clean. Breakfast provided was burger, sweet potato croquette and soy milk drink.

The owner is friendly and very welcoming to customers. The accommodation is clean and tidy, the receptionist provides professional service, and there's plenty of green space at the Tiger Tail Grass Park – a great place for camping. Definitely worth visiting again!

Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. You can even borrow a Dyson hairdryer! Plus, there are leisure facilities on the 8th floor. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was definitely the highlight – they turned several Tainan specialty snacks into a buffet! Eating until I was stuffed each morning wasn't exactly part of the plan, but it was absolutely worth experiencing!

LLingerxingOverall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel included breakfast and dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out about dinner with a free drink per person, as I initially thought only breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel for foodies. However, be aware that the dinner menu primarily consists of late-night snack-style dishes, so you might need to grab a little extra of each item to feel full. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, it was a good experience!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the sophisticated and high-quality design of the space. The environment was spacious and comfortable, complemented by a subtle, elegant diffuser scent that made me feel relaxed and pampered right away. The room itself also performed excellently; both the cleanliness and the facilities were very satisfying. I especially loved the snack area on the second floor; the little treats provided made the stay even more thoughtful and enjoyable. Overall, it's a truly impressive hotel, with both the ambiance and service showcasing high quality. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserYou get what you paid for. 16 minutes walk from the train station. Got a room without window so it's a little stuffy. The aircond temperature is centralized so you can only control to have stronger or weaker blast.
The toilet ceiling is quite low so basically our head could almost reach the top. Made it feel a little small in space.
But otherwise the room is fine.
