Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a twin room for free. The room was on a high floor with a wide-open view and beautiful scenery outside the window. It was clean, bright, tidy, and well-ventilated, with all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient, quiet, and livable. The service was warm and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We had a very comfortable check-in experience and will definitely choose this place again for our next stay.

The thick, anti-slip slippers are wonderfully soft to walk on, making the bathroom experience very safe. The pure cotton towels are super fluffy, highly absorbent, and don't shed. Mineral water and classic tea bags are provided, and the soap is moisturizing with a pleasant scent. Even small items like the comb and paper cups are of good quality, individually packaged for cleanliness and convenience. We felt comfortable and reassured throughout our stay – the attention to detail truly impressed us!

On a business trip to Xiamen, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza, and the experience was truly superb. First off, the location is excellent, and transportation is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to both the airport and the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, making it perfect for either business travel or a vacation. The hotel's facilities are new, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone constantly on the go for work, getting a good night's sleep is truly essential. I especially have to commend the service! From the moment I walked in until I left, every staff member was smiling, warm, and attentive. Check-in was highly efficient, and they thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and Wi-Fi connection details. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including local Xiamen specialties and Western choices, all tasting great. Overall, this was a truly perfect stay. The next time I come to Xiamen, whether for business or bringing my family for a trip, this will be my first choice! Extremely satisfied, had a very comfortable stay. This hotel was definitely a bonus for my trip. When checking in, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to an executive room for free. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full-length and makeup mirrors. I appreciated the thoughtful details, like the alcohol wipes in the bathroom, and both room-temperature and chilled mineral water in the room. They even had disposable paper cups with a 'sanitized' sticker. All these little touches made for a very pleasant stay. Atour also offers many items for purchase via phone, such as disposable underwear and towels, at reasonable prices, delivered by a robot in under half an hour. During my stay, I wasn't feeling well, probably due to lack of sleep, so I ordered a foldable foot spa and foot bath packets. After soaking my feet, I felt incredibly comfortable, and the price was just right. Upon checkout, the staff member even gave us two bottles of mineral water. So comfortable! Highly recommended!

This hotel offers great value for money, with free parking and complimentary laundry service. We checked in quite late, but they kindly allowed us an hour late check-out without any extra charge.

The hotel is located not far from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, yet despite being so close, you can't hear any airplane noise at all. They offer an airport shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. You simply need to contact the staff via WeChat once you arrive at the airport; they are very responsive, and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The room condition was excellent and true to the photos. The bathroom has a well-thought-out layout with separate zones for the shower and toilet. The room was free of any cigarette smoke, and the walls are thick, so we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. All necessary amenities were provided, and average breakfast.

The moment I opened the hotel room door, the fatigue from my journey began to melt away. The armchair by the window was just big enough for a cushion and a half-opened book, and in the bathroom, the anti-slip mat and full set of toiletries were neatly arranged. A good stay is never just about a bed; it's a small, reassuring harbor where you can anchor during your travels.

I came to Xiamen Phoenix Stadium for a concert, and everyone recommended staying near Wuyuan Bay. Atour is right by the subway station, just a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the airport, a 10-minute taxi ride, perfect for concert-going 'special forces' on a weekend trip. Plus, the rooms are great, with excellent soundproofing, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service was also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
