It's really nice. My child vomited in the middle of the night, and the girl at the front desk and a brother on duty were very helpful. The cleaning lady who cleaned the next day was also very nice and didn't mind. They always ask how the children are doing first. The staff here are generally simple and the service is really good. It is really better than the big hotels. Sincere service is always the most valuable. Thanks 🙏

The inn was so comfortable, we visited in Jan 2026, it was cold but we got heater and was warm. The smart controler was cool ( lights, curtains etc). The inn’s great is great as well. We were able to experience authentic ancient Chinese experience wearing hanfu and going through Shaolin temple - with nearby city, Dengfeng. We went Longmen Grottes, and beautiful buildings. The amenities were great. The only downside could be the smelly air after air conditioner stops.

Facilities: This hotel is newly renovated and quite new. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. We checked in at night after our day out and found no issues. Service: The entire check-in process was very smooth. There's even an ice cream machine in the lobby for self-service ice cream.
An exceptional stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the room was a perfect sanctuary with a incredibly comfortable bed, and the location was ideal. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Just book it!!
The hotel was fantastic from all points of view. The personnel was very kind and they helped us in everything. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. They have a nice robot that bring you the deliver. When we leave they gave you also a gift! They are really fantastic! The breakfast has a wide variety of things. It was our first experience in Orange hotels but we will repeat 100%.

The room is clean and the space is large! ! Sleeping at night is very quiet, unlike the other home I lived in before, the traffic is very loud at night! This is completely not! Sleep light recommended stay! The bedding is also comfortable! Just at the subway, very easy to find! Parking at the door, several hotels have public parking lots, the hotel reimburses the parking fee! There are not many types of breakfast but the quality is very good! The bathroom is divided into 3 areas, this price is really top! ! !

This is my second stay. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, making check-in convenient. The front desk staff upgraded me to a king-size room free of charge. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Luoyi Ancient City. The hotel service is good, with canned and bottled water available. The room is well-equipped and easy to use. I will continue to support it.
Nestled in Luoyang's Tongtuo Muyu Scenic Area, our homestay is within walking distance to top spots like Luoyi Ancient City, Yingtianmen Gate, Lijingmen Gate and Sui & Tang Ruins. With great transport links, it’s steeped in local history and culture.
We have various well-equipped room types (tatami, loft, queen-bed), all with smart control systems, central AC, smart toilets and full WiFi. On-site, you’ll find a tea lounge and fitness facilities. A beautiful homestay is easy to find, but one with a unique story is rare. Ideal for a relaxing Luoyang trip—we wish you a lovely journey!

GGuest UserThis hidden gem in the city offers peace and tranquility, blending rustic charm with the owner's thoughtful attention to detail. The yard features a play area for kids, a BBQ spot for adults, fruit and vegetable picking, and even a home for stray cats. September seems to be off-peak, making it excellent value for money.
GGudebaikgThis hostel is easily one of the top three I've stayed in recently in terms of overall design, cleanliness, and hygiene. I specifically chose to spend a night in a hostel during my trip to Luoyang, and this one is right in a commercial district. It's super convenient for dining and shopping, and not too far from the subway station, so the location is excellent.
After checking in, the front desk attendant enthusiastically gave me a quick tour, showing me where the restrooms and showers were. They even have a designated slipper area, where everyone wears slippers to enter, which helps prevent odors. Besides the common areas for board games and movies, there's actually an office area with computers available for free use – that really surprised me, even though I didn't end up using it. Even the hairdryers in the restrooms are from major brands. These small details really show the care they put in. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room. Each bunk has a password-protected locker, and the 'space capsule' style bunks are quite spacious, even for larger individuals. The biggest surprise was how much more comfortable the pillows were compared to those in hotels.
I only stayed for one night. The hostel also has group chats for activities, where you can find companions to share a taxi for trips to further destinations.
3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!
GGuest UserHaiyou Hotel Longmen Station Branch was truly fantastic; I was so lucky to stay here during this trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, the hot water was plentiful for showering at night, and there was absolutely no smell of smoke in the room. In particular, the receptionist, Xiao Wang, was incredibly welcoming. He not only recommended the delicious local San Dan mutton soup but also proactively helped us contact a tour group when we couldn't book tickets for Laojun Mountain online, ensuring we could successfully visit the mountain. His service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive!
WWink97The B&B is in hotel style, very satisfactory, and the location is very good, very close to Yingtianmen! Makeup is so convenient! The room is also very clean, breaking the impression of B&B haha
There is no elevator, but I see that there are old houses around that have been converted into B&Bs, and none of them have elevators, so I can accept that there is no elevator, after all, it is very close to the scenic spot
You can tell from the details of the homestay that the owner has carefully arranged it. The service is also very good. When we checked out, he saw us taking our luggage downstairs and ran up to help us get it. Mineral water is free of charge. The disposables are also of high quality. The mattress is very comfortable. I am very satisfied overall and highly recommended.
GGuest UserService: 💓 The staff were very dedicated. Due to equipment failure, they arrived quickly to fix it. At first, they couldn't fix it, but later the equipment became usable. However, they were still concerned about potential malfunctions in the middle of the night, so they proactively suggested we change rooms. Thumbs up!
Facilities: 🔋 This was also quite a saga. Initially, the internet was bad, and the projector couldn't connect, but then it was fixed. Later, after returning to the room in the afternoon, all the lights couldn't be controlled by touch and wouldn't turn off, plus one light was flickering. This must have been due to the smart home system, likely a bad internet connection again, causing these issues. But we ended up changing rooms, so it's all good now~
Breakfast: 👌 Quite generous, my family really enjoyed the beef soup.
Overall, considering the environment and price during the May Day holiday in Luoyang, I personally think it was acceptable~
GGuest UserMy last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in.
I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful!
The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality.
Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!
GGuest UserFive of us came to Luoyang to play. We happened to see that this room type could accommodate 5 people and the location was quite suitable, so we decided on it.
The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded.
The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay.
Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby.
I forgot to take pictures of B&Bs, take a look at Luoyang
AAnonymous UserService: The service was acceptable, but it didn't meet the standards of a high-end hotel and fell short compared to other hotels on this trip.
Cleanliness: The interior was relatively clean, though there was some dust and lint in certain corners.
Ambiance: There was construction behind the hotel, and the courtyard had foot reflexology services, etc., which made it very noisy.
Facilities: The facilities definitely didn't live up to high-end standards. I'd suggest downgrading its rating; it would be more fitting for a comfort-level hotel. It's not that the facilities are old, but rather that they're missing – for example, there's no wardrobe in the room, the bathroom doesn't have a wet/dry separation and lacks a door or curtain for physical isolation, and the laundry room only had an unknown brand of detergent without a lid or any instructions.
I recommend downgrading it to a 3-star (comfort-level) rating, which would be appropriate for the hotel's conditions. A 4-star (high-end) rating is completely overstated and simply doesn't meet the standards for a 4-star hotel.
GGuest UserThis is a great place for a tourist. The price and environment are very good. It's next to the train station and the transportation is very convenient. There are buses from the train station to Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple. The lady at the front desk was very warm. She was worried that I might not be wearing enough clothes because of the temperature drop in Luoyang. I recommend staying here.
