Very Good

CCharlene teeLove the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.

LLWX72Good sized room with comfortable King sized bed. Room and bathroom were very clean, however the glass windows were super dirty (way overdue for an external facade cleaning). Check out was smooth just need to drop room key into drop box at the lobby but the pre-arranged hotel airport shuttle was disappointing. The shuttle ran out of seats even with pre-booking with no staff to check if others had made a booking before boarding. I and another guest whom had prebooked the shuttle had to wait for another driver to bring his car around to send us to the airport. We had to unload our suitcase from the first shuttle too.

VVal ChanHad a pleasant stay at CP Hotel. It's in a good location, very close to the airport and within walking distance of the Gloria Outlets and IKEA. The rooms are clean and tidy, which is a top priority for us. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were very welcoming. A great value for the price!

MmenguThe hotel was clean and fresh. Friendly staff, and even though the staff I checked could not converse fully in English there was no problem and he used google translate. One thing to note is that the there was no duvet, just a thin sheet so it got cold during the night. One strange thing that I noted was that my room also smelled faintly of cigarette smoke despite their non-smoking policy. Note that there was a 20 min walk from the HSR station to the hotel with the nearest buss stop ~15 min away from the hotel.

GGuest UserYou really outdid yourselves – initially! 👍 We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake. If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control! As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing! Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM. P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive! Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! 👏 The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality! The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing. There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! 👍 The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. ☺️ As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! 🥳 So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! ☺️ This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!

AAnonymous UserBeyond its proximity to the airport, I couldn't find any redeeming qualities. The reviews mentioned it was close to that FamilyMart, but it's not close at all. You have to walk down a big main road, and while they say it's a 10-minute walk, if the traffic isn't good, it's more like 15 minutes, so I decided against going there. The soundproofing in the room was also incredibly bad. I heard the baby crying in the opposite room all night, and then starting around 3 AM, there were incredibly loud airplane noises taking off. I paid over 500 yuan just to get zero rest. I would have been better off sleeping at the airport. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so you're stuck ordering takeout, and the bubble tea that arrived was the worst I've ever had in my life.

JJodieGThe staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified. CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished. I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
