"The best place to stay in Bad Vilbels, hands down. Great breakfast buffet far beyond the typical Euro fare. Actually, excellent. The only complaint would be that trip.com had us book a King sized bed and we were told there are none on the premises; just two beds pushed together. Other than that quite good. International front desk team an asset. Next to a local park and the town (village?) Centre. And a direct tap into the local namesake restorative water!!!"
"The room service for breakfast was great, the hotel provided an entire set table with the requested meals laid out. The location was perfect for access to the US consulate and the public transport was right within walking distance."
"This was my third business trip to Germany, and the value for money here was excellent. The staff member at the counter waited for us even after their shift ended, unable to leave work because of us. It was quiet, and I liked how a serene atmosphere unfolded when I woke up in the morning and opened the window."
"The front desk lady Anmeldung looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today or not feeling well, the hotel room facilities are very different, my colleague is very fashionable on the first floor, but the second floor looks to be improved, maybe the hotel is planning."
"Quiet and staffs are kind and helpful. This hotel has very nice breakfast service. Will stay again next time."

Amazing
GGuest UserLocation of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house. Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable. We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserIt was my 3rd time here excellent hotel rooms very nice the roof top is amazing. All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Best option for the airport.
GGuest UserLoved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.
SSwaterfieldA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.
