I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!
The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.
My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!

Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future.

The hotel itself seems a bit old and has clearly been around for a while, but our room was in great condition. It had updated furniture, clean bed linen, and a nice renovation overall. Just around the corner, there’s a fantastic Mexican restaurant — I highly recommend Taco!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were within walking distance of the beach, various dining options, and shopping malls. Additionally, there's a very clean and convenient coin-operated laundry facility nearby. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, right next to Garibaldi Square in the old town, with easy access to the airport via metro and bus. It's super convenient for visiting all the main attractions, and the beach is just a 15-minute walk away. However, the room was a bit small, and the cleaning was quite perfunctory; they didn't even make the bed. Breakfast was very mediocre, mostly just bread and with very limited variety.

Studio with its own kitchen. Of the kitchen utensils there are all pots, spoons and mittens, including a corkscrew and a can opener. Of the equipment there is a drip coffee machine, a guard coffee machine with 4 capsules and 4 packets of sugar. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning and linen change. But this was to our advantage. No one disturbed the peace.
We stayed for 4 nights. Everything necessary for cleaning the room was there. As far as we understood, this is a type of vacation housing. Cleaning only upon departure. The split system worked properly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave me a ridiculously small room, which included a ridiculously small balcony. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Rooms with balconies on the facade are large, but there is construction on the street and the view is so-so, plus noise. In general, it is unpretentious for a discerning consumer, but very clean. If you leave the kitchen uncleaned - cleaning is 50 euros. You also throw out the garbage yourself - where the laundry is. Washing is 5 euros. Drying is 2 euros.

This place offers great value for money in Nice. It's conveniently located close to Riquier train station, with a Carrefour supermarket directly across the street. The room itself was pretty standard, but the microwave and fridge were a definite plus for making simple meals. Overall, I'd say it falls somewhere between a 3-star and 4-star property.

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
