"Spectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins"

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is located in a center of Nice close to Nice Ville train station. Walking to Nice tourist attractions is easy and simple from hotel. Taking trains to nearby villages is also very convenient."

"Location was perfect for both the old and new town. Bus stop right outside and a short walk to the tram. Beach less than 5 mins away. Reception staff very attentitive. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on the food."
