Third stay here. Place is well located. Easy to walk around. Stayed on 9th floor this time round. Previously was 5th and 7th. Pillow still too hard and my neck hurts. First time trying their buffet breakfast. Good spread of food. Will be back.

Good place to stay in Batam, have alot of amenities all under Pacific. There's food court (i think open at evening-night only), swimming pool, gym (i think, didnt check it out), ”casino machines”, ktv, disco, massage, spa (for men only) all under 1 roof. Shopping wise it's 10-15mins ride away from big shopping malls. And likewise to Harbour Bay and Nagoya. seems to be really big but many areas are now empty. Recommend eating the breakfast at level 2 (rp120,000) instead of level 1 (rp100,000rp) buffet style. Room service is good. Generally clean but not for the fussy ones. Heater and aircon working. WiFi could be better but it's still good. Some cons: My balcony room view is facing some water tank and its not the nicest view. Some of the facilities seems rundown: fridge not really cold, water tap sometimes leaking. The balcony door is unable to lock. Make sure you don't leave any valuables lying around, though I doubt people could climb in without endangering their lives. No shaving kit provided. There's no convenient store in the hotel, nearest one is 5 mins walk outside the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and generally safe, not a bad experience, nothing lost or stolen. Would stay again if I'm visiting again. Recommended.

The location is very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal, car ride is like less than 5min. Very ideal for those travel via Harbour Bay ferry terminal. On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short. Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to request…… the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron better….. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They can’t do a proper soft boil egg, it’s either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room don’t seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says it’s a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you don’t have budget and don’t mind basic breakfast and the toilet’s shower head, it’s quite ok to stay.

It's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

Location is very good, at the heart of Harbour bay down town, very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal and shopping mall. The hotel very clean.

I had a pleasant experience from the start till the end of my stay here. The staff is very warm and friendly the room is comfortable and has good facilities, The only downside is my room don't have any windows and it makes the room feel abit stuffy, I would recommend this hotel to others 👍

Great Stay – Will Definitely Come Back! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the pillow – it helped me sleep really well! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back on my next visit!
