New hotel with a good location at ruko Bandar area where there is a lot of place to eat. Clean and comfy. Very compact, suitable for solo traveling.

Lovely stay, very clean and spacious rooms. Team is very friendly and helpful. In the lobby there is a kidscorner with a small slide.

The place is close to the city center. It’s clean, and the hot water works well. Friendly service. 100% non-smoking rooms at the hotel.

Nice hotel to stay in Balikpapan, location litte bit unique because going high from mainroads, breakfast also unable to request eggs.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, though I hope to see improvements in flavor in the future. Additionally, I noticed that some of the beds are a bit worn and no longer as firm as they should be—hopefully, this can be addressed. Overall, it's still a great place to stay
