Location is very good. Hotel is located in the heart of city and all the required facilities are just a walk away. Hotel staff are very good and helpful. Swimming pool and other facilities are well maintained. Lot of parking space is available. Rooms & washrooms are specious and well maintained. Overall, a good place for a family of 3-4.

The hill forest resort is at a good location in lonavala. We stayed there for 2 nights with family. Service was also good. They will provide kettel with tea/milk packets on request free of cost, not otherwise.

Amazing property with star service.

The place was comfortable, accessible and peaceful. All basic amenities present. Only scope of improvement was food which was clean and hygienic but not so high on taste. Swimming pool was smaller than expected. Rooms were beautifully done and decent sized. Will definitely recommend

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

One of the best hotels considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the services provided were more than satisfactory for the rate. The staff members were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to the owner, who was extremely friendly and made sure we felt at home. Overall, a pleasant experience — highly recommended for budget travelers!

I recently stayed at lonavala ferreira resort for the weekend gateway. The room was spacious and clean. The lady at reception was friendly, polite and professional. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.
