HHidakaRoom is very clean and front staff are very kind. The breakfast is very delicious beffet with indian food and some western food. Room rate is higher than other hotel but worth of it. I will stay again!

GGuest UserStaff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.

GGuest UserIt was our first time staying at Lotus Hotel, and we had a bad experience from the start. When we arrived at reception, the staff told us there were no 2 rooms available on the same level. They asked us to wait 15 minutes while they checked, but we ended up waiting much longer with no clear update. We had just arrived from the airport, were tired, and hadn’t had lunch yet. When we asked again how long we would need to wait, they still couldn't give us an answer. Eventually, we had to leave our luggage with the reception staff and go out to eat. After lunch, we returned to the hotel and our rooms were finally ready. Unfortunately, the stay itself was uncomfortable. While the room was clean, the bed had a bad spring—probably due to its age—and the pillow was so flat that I ended up with neck pain. The toilet had a bad smell, and the shower area didn’t have any shelves to place our soap or toiletries. Breakfast was also disappointing—the food was not nice. The TV connection was terrible, and the WiFi was very slow. We paid for both the hotel stay and breakfast but didn’t get a good experience in return. The only positive point is the location, which is close to shopping areas like T Nagar and Pondy Bazaar.

YYsan31Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
