Amazing
AAlison J BrownWhat an amazing experience this hotel is, and it is an experience in every sense of the word. Attention to detail drives everything here from the manager, who personally welcomed me, down to the trainee who asked if I need an evening ‘turn down’ of my room. Nothing is too much trouble. The colonial era architecture and decor is beautiful in this hotel that is 123 years old, but nothing is in any way tired. The staff are awesome and the food is excellent. My room was simply the best I’ve ever stayed in.

HH.MATAlthough it's geographically close, you definitely need a car to get around; it doesn't feel very close otherwise. The room was decent, but the breakfast stood out with a good variety of options, and the traditional Indian desserts were quite delicious. There's a mall nearby with restaurants, and it's a new area with good security, which makes it very convenient for business travelers.

DDhanesh SharmaI recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a good option for traveling passengers not far from the airport. Besides there is a big plus that the hotel provides free transportation to the airport terminal. The personnel is attentive and provided me upon my request the portable heater and helped with the copies of passport. Of course not a renowned chain hotel but with its price I believe it is a good place with good breakfast.

SsliceoflifeHotel is close to the airport, room was really acceptable with hot water shower, but the room was a little cold. I asked them to arrange taxi pick up, and the taxi was a little rude asking why I don't just take a taxi already at the airport. Upon arrival, they overcharged me for both taxi and room but I was too tired to argue with them (taxi should be 200, I paid 800, room should have been 1650 rupees, but in total I paid 3500 inc taxes).

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

GGuest User1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid. 2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn. 3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old. 4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery. 5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.
