The place was very cozy and comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had great food. The location was also excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from the Taj Mahal. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

I'm a female solo traveller. At first I thought this place was sketchy but I was so wrong. When I stayed in this place, I noticed that many tourists from Europe chose this place and that's when I realized I chose the right place. The host of the hotel is very friendly. I didn't think they would make my request for a vegetable omelette but they actually made a delicious one for me, fresh and hot just how I like it. THEIR ROOFTOP HAS THE BEST SUNSET VIEW OF THE TAJ MAHAL. I also saw monkeys playing around. My tiredness from the flight and ride to the hotel went all away as soon as I reached the rooftop. They also have available Taj mahal tour guide for only 250INR. You'll have to book the ticket to join. It was an amazing and seamless overnight stay. I'm so happy I chose this place.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.

Hotel is very close to the eastern entrance to Taj Mahal. There is a restaurant downstairs. The rooms are certainly in bad condition, but for $10 I did not expect more. You can stay quietly for two days

Nice reception, polite administrators! There is a hotel security guard outside who opens the doors for visitors - it is very nice and pleasant. They also helped us carry our luggage to the room. Clean, large and spacious room, comfortable bed. The room has everything you need. Good location of the hotel: there are shops nearby, restaurants are located nearby. All the windows are opaque and covered with red curtains, as far as we understood, this is for safety. To take a shower, you need to call the reception so that they turn on the water heating. The shower head in the bathroom was leaking. The prices for laundry were inflated, so we did not use it. Very nice, polite and friendly staff who respond to any request. They helped us arrange a taxi driver after checking out of the hotel. The hotel also has its own vegetarian restaurant - we really enjoyed having dinner there. Opposite the hotel there are always tuk-tuks, with which you can inexpensively arrange a trip to any part of the city. Our stay at the hotel was very good and left only positive emotions. The hotel is quite strategic and there are lots of places to eat, I recommend it at very low prices on Trip.com
