"Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻"
"Very spacious for a dorm . Excellent! The kitchen is in the basement and not used much. Basically a boutique hotel with a dorm at the roof only. Great alternative to a backpackers hostel."
"Loved the hotel, staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was short, sweet and simple. Room service and cleaning was good. Location was convenient as well, transport, shops and city 15 minutes away by public transport. Rooms were good as well and very comfy."
GGuest UserPrime location steps from train station and bus stop—exploring is effortless. Staff are very helpful, but reception isn’t 24/7 (plan check-in carefully). Full kitchen makes self-catering easy; free coffee is a thoughtful perk. The place feels little dated but overall a good stay!
GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel very late and the reception was closed but I had an envelope with the key to my room and inside a letter to explain the check out time and breakfast times. The room was spacious and the bathroom is big enough for one person. Everything was perfect I recommend.
GGuest UserI enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel
GGuest UserPerfect location near everything, train station (porta novae ) , brands street for shopping, all tourist attractions walking distance. The room is basic no fridge no kettles , and quite also as they put double glass movable sections in the original window , breakfast is very good .
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
GGuest UserVery centrally located , nearby bus routes, train station 10 minute walk, Close to San Carlo Piazza in the center of town, super friendly and helpful team at the hotel
