"It was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature! I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. 😅 And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. ☺️ The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.👍🏻 It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it! As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel. Highly recommend it!"
"Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Drinks (alcohol) are all-inclusive which is good. The bath area is not large, but you can take a tour of the outdoor baths."
"Perfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy."
"Clean, walkable from station (if no rain), spacious rooms, warm service, tasty food. Best was the fantastic roof top onsen view of the mountain town and forests! One of the staff Hoshino-san was helpful with his English & Mandarin translations."

"I stayed overnight without meals included, arrived late at night, and left on the first train of the day, but I felt a sense of peace and tranquility that only a small, cozy place can offer. The landlady was very kind, and the sulfurous hot spring water was wonderful."
"I stayed at a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and didn't get a dinner plan, but I still felt that 10,000 yen was an incredible deal for this quality. The room, bath, and service were all perfect for a trip with friends."

Outstanding
BBeckyThis hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life. Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms. Overall a great experience and stay.
VValentina99I have stayed here multiple times, it’s super convenient. Location is perfect, it’s very calm and clean place, good for business or vacation. Room size was just right for one luggage, if you have more, it will be impossible to open both at the same time.
GGuest UserBig, clean and comfortable hotel right next to the train station. It has two parkings free of charge which is really convenient. The only thing i missed is that being a big hotel it would be great if it had some coin laundry machines.
GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination. The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.
GGuest UserIt is conveniently located near Ueda Station. There are also some delicious restaurants nearby. At a seafood restaurant, I was able to eat 3 red shrimp sashimi for around 600 yen.
GGuest UserThe location perfect, very close to Ueda station, the breakfast is nice, the service good, they allow you to put your baggage after check out, so you can save coins for locker. 😀,
