"I have stayed here multiple times, itโs super convenient. Location is perfect, itโs very calm and clean place, good for business or vacation. Room size was just right for one luggage, if you have more, it will be impossible to open both at the same time."

"Big, clean and comfortable hotel right next to the train station. It has two parkings free of charge which is really convenient. The only thing i missed is that being a big hotel it would be great if it had some coin laundry machines."

"The arrival time was around 22 o'clock, but it was a warm response.
I was able to choose bread for breakfast and spend a relaxing time in a quiet restaurant. The corn soup was delicious too โช"

GGuest UserI stayed overnight without meals included, arrived late at night, and left on the first train of the day, but I felt a sense of peace and tranquility that only a small, cozy place can offer. The landlady was very kind, and the sulfurous hot spring water was wonderful.

BBeckyThis hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life. Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms. Overall a great experience and stay.

GGeorg_HPerfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy.

EElinaNikIt was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature! I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. ๐
And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. โบ๏ธ The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.๐๐ป It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it! As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel. Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserI stayed at a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and didn't get a dinner plan, but I still felt that 10,000 yen was an incredible deal for this quality. The room, bath, and service were all perfect for a trip with friends.

GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination. The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.

UUNI HEAVEN Kakeyu Onsen , the old onsen village located near Ueda Nagano. Very nice view and best Japanese Onsen bath culture experience . must try .
