"Stayed two night at this lovely hotel. Staff at the reception were really patient and warm during check in and checkout. On my first night during check in, the lady was exceptionally helpful and patient with my queries, and helped me with the process of takkubin! My room has a panoramic view of the city with Mt Fuji at the background! Bed was comfortable.Breakfast spread was great and not crowded."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Garden Hotel Shizuoka. The location is excellent, with easy access to Shizuoka Station, shopping areas, and plenty of nearby restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth but one thing that surprised and slightly confused me at first was that the front desk is located on the highest floor rather than the main floor, which is quite uncommon, but it was easy to find once I realized"

"A lovely large and clean apartment (Cosmo 402) in a very convenient location. Close to Shizuoka station north exit, Tullys just downstairs, Ichiran & other eats very nearby and near departmental stores. Great for family of 4. The instructions provided to find the reception were clear and helpful. Reception staff were very polite and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they transported our luggage to the apartment while we wandered around the area. There was a large bath tub and sink. Amenities provided were also good, good hotel standard. Small minor points were the lack of counter space to put toiletries, and a flight of stairs to lug the luggage down. Highly recommended."
