GGuest UserThe hotel had a very good location which is just next to the JR station. The room is very clean and has a good view. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style with excellent food. But it would be better if dessert or some fruit could be served too. Anyway the breakfast was very good.

TTon KorawitThe hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and the bed is comfortable. Amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style. While the selection may not be very diverse, it meets standard expectations.

GGuest UserThe female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here. There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance. The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels. There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that. There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

GGuest UserThe hotel was very basic and had everything we needed. Close to the train station and near restaurants you can't go too wrong. The only issue was the strong bleach smell we first encountered when we entered the room, and the walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean, but a bit dark, and the fan wasn't strong enough. The large public bath was quite comfortable, and the meals were plentiful and delicious. The hotel has a bit of a nostalgic charm. In the summer, there's a waterslide, which isn't available in winter. It's suitable for both adults and children, definitely recommended.

SSongxianghongVery good, ideal accommodation for backpackers. One person has a separate room, Room A, which is large enough and clean. Although you can hear people talking next door, it does not prevent you from sleeping soundly. Although the stairs upstairs (2nd floor) are a bit steep, you only go up and down once a day. Check in according to the information provided by the email. If you are not an experienced backpacker or have poor work ability, you should contact the administrator in advance. The location is also very good, about 1.4 kilometers from the station, and instant coffee is provided. The only drawback is that there is no refrigerator. If you go to Saga, you will stay at this hotel again.
