We got a lower level Fuji view room. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The Japanese breakfast is delicious but need to finish within 35 minutes so the next seating can be seated.

Amazing hotel with daily morning Fuji View room. Location is up the mountain, 8 to 10mins drive away to gotemba premium outlet or free shuttle bus from hotel. On site onsen/hot bath is available in the hotel. Parking is free and breakfast need to reserve time slot to prevent overcrowding for good dining experience admiring Fuji ~

View of Mt Fuji at your room's doorstep. What more can you ask for? Marshmallow over camp fire to end it all off in the night. Rooms are clean. Staffs are attentive and accommodating.

I am glad to stay here as my room is facing Fuji mountain with a magnificent view like a postcard. The breakfast is good especially the fish and fried noodles. The staff Sachiko Aoki is kind and friendly as she can speak fluently in Mandarin and English. She assists us in calling a cab to Gotemba premium outlet shopping.

The best thing about this hotel is that the pot (kettle) is a large, cup-shaped metal pot. It's easy to wash, so there's no need to worry about it not being washed, and it feels very clean, which was really helpful. It was great that they had coffee for breakfast on the coffee server. It's easy to get to from Gotemba Station, and there's a convenience store nearby, so the location is great. For some reason, they also provided a complimentary late-night snack, which I didn't have this time, but it was great. Somethings that some people may be concerned about are the orange lighting in the room (the bathroom is white), and the small size of the shared bath and changing room.
