The scenery is very beautiful, the room is super big, the breakfast is delicious and has local characteristics, you can also take a hot spring bath every day, the service attitude is super good, half a point is deducted because the language communication is a bit difficult (English level is limited) and it takes a bit of time. Overall it is very good.

CcyouennThe 16 videos and photos alone speak volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel! I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room I booked based on the photos, but it was even better in person. It's the first time I've ever experienced a hotel that's actually better than the photos! The food was absolutely amazing! My two elders were blown away by their first experience at a Japanese onsen hotel, enjoying the food every day! Meals like this would cost at least 1,000 per person in China. Highly recommended!

FFlorence BianWe reserved tatami room for one night. It was a bit hard to drive here as we need to drive through mountains. However, the room was so clean, and the service was so good. The dinner was served in traditional Japanese style, it was excellent and super delicious. The hot springs were lovely and privately designed, so cozy especially after a long day driving. Recommend!

The room we stayed in was very big, a Western-style room with two mattresses and a massage chair. The hotel's open-air hot spring bath has a great view, facing the sea. The breakfast and dinner were very rich, and the staff also thoughtfully gave each of us a lunch box when we went out in the morning. I felt that the value of the room fee was reflected in the meals. The hotel will have a free shuttle bus at Izu Atagawa Station before 4 pm every day, every hour and 30 minutes, and every half hour, so you can easily get to the hotel if you calculate the time.

LLiorSBBest hotel experience ever. The staff is absolutely amazing and wholy committed to providing the best experience. The early check-in option through the large onsen is incredible and their spa treatment is wonderful. This is a place that must be visited at the very least once in a life time.

GGuest UserThe sea view room is very big, the view outside the window is very good, and the mattress is very comfortable There is a bathroom and toilet in the room, and a large sink on the balcony I didn't have high hopes after reading the reviews on Google, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. The facilities are indeed old. The two private hot springs on the top floor do look old, but they are not very dirty and seem to be cleaned every day. There is no elevator on the 1st and 2nd floors, but someone will help carry your luggage to the elevator entrance There is a shuttle bus to the station every morning, which can avoid climbing the death slope The front desk service attitude is very good There are vending machines and Izu milk vending machines in the hotel

We were really taken aback by how nice the entire experience was at the cost, private bath, onsen, and the facilities were a delight. The photos did not do the rooms justice. Beautiful and practical. Nice staff as well. Dinner buffet was delicious as well, we went back for seconds. The town was gorgeous, great workout, and the locals were very friendly although it’s hard to get to neighbouring areas without a car and the nearby shops are often only open for one or a few days of the week which means you should be careful in your planning if you want to eat out of the hotel in a place that is not a konbini.
