GGuest UserThe location is great just a few steps from the train station, and nearby a big mall ”AEON”. The self check-in and check-out, laundry machine, amenities, free coffee/tea and breakfast, and the room itself is perfect. This will be my choice again next time if I come back to this area.

I was searching for a place to stay before a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and I was drawn in by the reviews and location, so I decided to book. It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. The lobby also had a classic feel, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

I am so impressed with this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by the elegant environment and enthusiastic staff. The room is spacious and bright, and the furniture and furnishings are very exquisite, making people feel very comfortable. The bedding and toiletries are all high-quality products, which made me feel like home. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is very close to attractions and commercial areas and can be reached on foot. In addition, the hotel also provides a variety of breakfast options, which taste delicious. The waiters are kind and friendly and will take the initiative to help you solve your problems, which makes you feel very comfortable. In short, this hotel is first-class in terms of hardware facilities and service quality. I will highly recommend it to my friends and family. Next time I come here, I will choose this hotel again!
