ahv⭐︎This was our first family trip, and we stayed here for the first time. The building had a homey atmosphere and simple interior design. It was very conveniently located, with a Seicomart nearby and a Coop within walking distance, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a table and chairs for outdoor BBQ. A BBQ set was provided, making preparation quick and easy, but it would be great if they also provided fans. We were able to buy other items nearby, but we struggled to find fans.🤣 We also couldn't find a charcoal pot, so it would be helpful if it were easier to locate. However, the mosquito coils, insect repellent items, and kitchen facilities were more comprehensive than we expected, making cleanup easy and showing great consideration. It's highly recommended for families. 😊 The parking lot is spacious, but please be careful if you have a large vehicle as the road is narrow. It's a great base for sightseeing around Shiraoi and Noboribetsu. ✨✨

This is one of our best stays - everything is top notch from cleanliness, food, service and the onsen. We booked the type D room with a private onsen - both public and private ones are excellent. The staff can speak reasonable Engliah, very polite, helpful and professional. We like the lady (she is from Chiba) who serves us dinner and breakfast very much! The food quality is very good - well plated, fresh and flavourful. They accommodated my quite last min request for a non-seafood dietary. The ryokan is quiet and we love it a lot (feel more private too). Love the fact that they do not allow shoes into the Ryokan (they will keep them properly for you), as it keep the room and public area clean. We will plan to stay here again (for longer period!).

Nicely located, not far from the center by walk ! A lovely room with view on the garden below. Really nice diner and breakfast set also. Free shuttle bus for Noboribetsu station. Very convenient...only negative point: breakfast too early..XD otherwise, everything was great ! 👍

Capsule hotel. Good for one night stay to tour Noboribetsu Onsen. It’s one minute walk from train station and bus terminal to take the bus to the Onsen area. Simple breakfast provided.

Stayed at Adex Inn Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to 地狱谷 (Jigokudani / Hell Valley), making it super convenient for sightseeing. One of the best added values is the access to the open-site onsen facilities, which really enhanced the overall stay and relaxation. The room is a bit small, but that’s expected in Japan — especially considering the very reasonable pricing. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience and a relaxing onsen experience!

Traditional Room (Japanese Tatami Room)
MochiBaeBaeThe ryokan was quite charming with lots of Japanese accents and architectural details. We signed up for one traditional breakfast and loved the experience. We loved the yukata outfits provided to schlep around the ryokan or even around town. The location was a bit of a walk going to the business/food/shop road but this only got a bit inconvenient when we had to drag our suitcases for about 10 minutes getting to the bus stop on our way back to the train station... thank goodness it was downhill all the way! Noboribetsu Onsen was a really cool place to visit!
