In the heart of the Medina, a close walk to all major attractions and the Rabat Ville train station. The hosts were lovely and extremely accommodating. I would definitely return if I find myself back in Rabat.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

Very neat n clean. But the entrance n reception area is very small.

The location is good. It's an easy walk from the train station. There's a gas station and a Grand Taxi stand nearby, but the room was quiet. Breakfast is typical for Morocco, but there's a buffet of sorts. There's only one power outlet in the room. The bed is comfortable.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
