HHabbyVery hard to get a clean hotel in alor star, this is one of clean hotel in town. im very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. there is alot food downstair included the famous cafe. Just that it not suitable for those who are light sleeper. the soundproof abit terrible. And the water heater abit slow to get hot water. others was fine.

CCik MinahWanted to go to the public toilet before I check in, Unfortunately toilet is squats type. Oh Dear this is not disable friendly.
Also the hotel doesnt have a lift. No one seem to review on this or I might have missed it.
Other than this hi cup, the room is good and clean. Worth the money paid.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :).
The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful.
We will definitively stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel is remote around factory outlet not in the city nearest supermarket Lotus is 500 M away. Hotel self check in is okay but no elevator my room in 2nd storeys you need to climb 50 steps. Took a Grab to the town about 6 km away. No alcohol allow in the room.Smart TV the only consolation cheers...

EElwin YapA front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time.
In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness.
I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.
