GGuest UserThis hotel are super clean and comfortable. Personally I like the hotel interior with full of Nepalese culture and design. The boss are very friendly and resourceful. He recommended tour guide to bring us around and artist for good artworks. Will surely come back for the next trips.

我我的暱稱是什麼？The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems.
All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for.
Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

GGuest UserLocation is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price.
Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer.
I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it.

GGuest UserThe most wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff, wonderful, calm, even peaceful place. From the point of view of visiting for a couple of days, Lalitpur is an ideal location, next to Durbar Square, but not noisy and - importantly - not dusty.
Be careful - this is a heritage hotel - a low ceiling right in the room according to the best traditions of Newar architecture. Delicious food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner).

GGuest UserIt is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable.
The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years.
It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
