GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

GGuest UserNice place and walking distance to one of the most unmatched white beaches in the world. They provide beach towels, and the breakfast is nice and plated. The guards and staff are very friendly and well-mannered. The room just needs a bit of improvement—there were no towel racks. Overall, we had a nice stay.

GGuest UserWe love the intimate, pristine white sand beach and the infinity pool with a stunning view of the sunset. Spacious, clean, modern and luxurious suite is impressive. My daughter loves the bath tub. She is also very happy with the complimentary crimson hat, tote bag and slippers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and yummy pastries. Thank you Crimson for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the staff especially in the Welcome Lounge. Truly welcoming with free refreshments such as coffee and cookies. Minor improvement I think is the shuttle service going to D’mall. Reservation is better than the first come first served basis. Taking care of the guests will make the stay perfect without worrying if we can go back safely at the resort.

GGuest UserFairways and Bluewater is more than a hotel. It is like a community - it has its own golf course, tennis courts, lake, clubhouse, bar, restaurants and its private beach. It also has its welcome center which is separated from the busy jetty port going to the island which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and equipped with your basic hotel needs. Hot shower is available and there is also a minibar in the room. We were able to request for a flat iron and ironing board too. They have a lot of staffs who are friendly and acommodating. The hotel is located though at the far-end of Boracay island. Far from the main white beach in stations 1-3, but near to the newcoast beach. Inside the hotel, there are free shuttles available 24 hours to take you to the different places in the hotel, and there is a free shuttle to Dmall as well three times a day. It was a great deal - will definitely book this again.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserGreat Resort. Highly recommended. It is located infront of the beach, right in the middle of Boracay. Manager and staff are very accomodating. Breakfast is great. You also feel sale inside the resort. The pool is also a nice place to hang out with the family. We will definitely come back ♥️🙏🏻
