"The other booking APP mess up my booking, fortunately find this one. I love the location close to downtown and the Fortress as well as the park, the national museum. The room size was standard, beds comfortable enough, bathroom clean. Thank you for provide pleasant stay."

"Location was perfect, and the room itself was super clean. Would recommend. Only thing is that it is hard to get in contact with them. Nobody was there during our stay and had to call multiple numbers multiple times to eventually get the codes for the room"

"The hotel is new, and it is clear that it has only recently reopened after a major renovation and restoration. The rooms are truly beautiful — spacious, stylish, and with a strong sense of freshness and attention to detail. The staff are polite, though not always very quick, which is likely due to the hotel being in its early days of operation and the team still gaining experience. There are also a few minor teething issues typical of a newly opened hotel, but it is obvious these will be refined over time. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly return, especially considering the hotel’s great potential."

BBonifazzioWe booked this room as an extension for one night. Everything was clean, although the dishes and floors could have been washed more thoroughly. For a longer stay, this room #20 is not suitable as it does not have a washing machine, although we were informed that all apartments are equipped with one.The location is convenient, everything is nearby: bus/railway stations, cafes and stores

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

TTandi1984The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

TtotinoulgmVery nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.
