Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful territory! My son and I stayed here for 6 days and everything was wonderful — spacious clean rooms, delicious coffee in the room every day, and a huge luxurious pool (there are two more on the property, but this one was more than enough for us). The breakfasts were very tasty and diverse! I especially want to thank your staff members Sa and Hand — without them, our vacation would have been much less fun! They are absolute superheroes: every day they organized different activities and played with my son Sasha, even when it wasn’t part of their responsibilities. We had beach football, Thai boxing, an art workshop, and more. Sa and Hand, thank you for your kindness and positivity — I wish you all the best! It was also such a lovely surprise to receive birthday wishes from the whole team, even though I wasn’t expecting it. The beach and sunsets are stunning — honestly, there’s no such thing as a “low season” here. Thailand is beautiful at any time of year! I came prepared for constant rain and no sun, thinking I’d just enjoy some solitude without the crowds — but in reality, we had sunshine and great weather every single day. Thank you so much! I truly hope to come back again!

This hotel is lovely, on the beach, the bay is stunning and does not have strong waves, it’s shallow quite far out into the water and great for walks or just relaxing in. The swimming pool is also perfect if salt water isn’t your thing! There are not many shops around on this part of the island, but the hotel has great food and drinks, it’s perfect for a quiet and relaxed stay! I LOVED the Thai sweet and sour fish! The staff are very friendly and so helpful, offering a ride to the nearby waterfall and even sharing some flip flops with me because I lost mine. They also go to the main store daily at 12:00 across the bay and can take you there if you wanted to do some shopping for an hour. The chalets are great and I absolutely loved my stay here! Would most certainly return again!

Super nice Room. It was clean and really spacious! The staff there is friendly. Our car batterie died and one guy from the staff helped us immediately and wanted to jump start our car. BUT one other guy stopped him so he can sell us a used old battery for 3000baht that died the next day as well... Hotel is nice, just that one guy had only money in his mind haha. Besides that everybody is super friendly. There is a hotel wide free shuttle (only inside the resort). In-house Restaurant for dinner is pricey. I would recommend to try local, cheaper food outside. It has been an amazing experience! We loved everything about the resort, its location, its breakfasts and especially its serene atmosphere, that brought us to a peaceful retreat, a nature lover’s paradise - peacocks displaying their colours and eyespots fully and wild birds singing as you stroll along spacious grounds or float, swim or leisurely paddle a kayak in the still, protected waters of the resort’s bay. Kayaks and paddle boards are free for the guests, there’s also an almost luxury gym that offers the resort’s guests a variety of equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, and many other items. Lots of towels everywhere - in your villa, at the swimming pool and in the gym. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, ours overlooked the sea front. Breakfasts offer a variety of fruit, vegetables, soups, eggs, main dishes, bakery, yogurts, cheese and sausage, drinks - every day different and really delicious. The resort is away from the main road so it is really quiet, the only noise is from the fishing boats that head out to the deeper waters of the bay and then back to the fishermen’s village nearby. There’s a free shuttle that you can book beforehand (even 5 min before) to White Sand beach, it goes three times a day, and to Klong Son Market (every hour), they can also pick you up from the nearest ferry for free if you arrive there on your own. We really loved our stay, every minute of it. Aiapura offers stunning views across the bay and has Koh Kood’s vibes - it is almost an ideal getaway from it all. The only bad thing was that there was someone’s boat in the bay which spoilt our almost perfect vacation and swimming time, they used it whenever they wanted, without considering other people’s feelings or needs, just used the beach as a parking lot for their boat, that was really terrible. Also used the peer as a parking lot for the car. I am not sure if the resort allowed them to do so, but for a week they just did it. But for this particular family everything else was just flawless.

A lovely little resort right on white sand beach. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

All staff are really nice. They have a good service of mind. Thank you🫶🏼 The bathroom is really big. They have a wet area and dry area. Love it! And woke up with the views of swimming pools is wonderful experience. Worthy all penny I would say.

In the area where most restaurants, pubs, massages, tour booking and night like is available and convenient. 7-11 & mini big C available for getting your essentials. Hotel is near the beach so it's very easy to go for your swim whenever you want. Beach is clean, white and some pebbles. Breakfast is good daily. Best accessible when arriving to Koh Chang late by ferry /bus to rest and plan for your activities the following days.

The hotel seem a bit old but maintained pretty well, room big and mattress comfort, it has 2 swimming pools and the beach view restaurant, all staff are very polite and friendly, they’ve their own car park for the guests, convenient for the one who drove their own car or bike, great valve of money, will choose to stay when the next visit in Koh Chang

I booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved. This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service. We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries. There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open). The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms. The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room.
