The service was excellent. All of the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We sat in the bar area and had drinks and food, both of which were great!

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The area is large, the environment is quiet, it is very close to the Olympic Park, and there is a Ferris wheel next to it. There are two TVs in the room, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although I don't watch TV, it is also very good to connect the screen to expand the display screen for work.

Pretty standard double room with good space and bathroom. Could do with just a touch more decoration and originality as it felt sort of like a grey corporate box, but was fine for a night's sleep.

Hotel is clean and toilet with full amenities Small cafe and restaurant for easy and fast needs like water, breakfast or snacks. Staff is friendly Luggage storage available

The hotel was quite clean, and the rooms were nice. However, the location felt a bit unusual. I did notice that some gym equipment was broken, but overall, it’s a decent place to stay.
