Pros: The hotel, converted from a Catholic church, is very unique. The bars and restaurants have a distinctive style, and the ambiance and staff are very elegant. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and elegant neighborhood with bars on the main street that exude local charm, and it's not far from the French Quarter. Cons: My room was too small; the actual space felt different from the pictures. The dining experience at the restaurant wasn't the best. While waiting for service at the door, the receptionist replied, ”Can I help you?” Being treated like a curious tourist made me uncomfortable. The table assignment was also unpleasant. I was led to a table near the kitchen entrance, even though there were better tables available. I only sat down in a quiet spot after insisting.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Location and parking space is always great. Staff is always giving a welcome greeting. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is clean and always smelling fresh

When I come back to New Orleans, this is the only place I'd want to stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it took us no time to get into the city proper. If you are ever overwhelmed by the city, there are plenty of places to hang out and relax at the Marsh.

It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We didn’t use any of the amenities such as the lounge or the restaurant, but the room was clean and up to great standards!

It's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location. The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.
