"The hotel is very special, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the tram stop is at the door, the traffic is very convenient, the American breakfast can also eat boiled eggs is not easy, the only fly in the ointment is that there is no laundry room, you must find a self-service laundry around"
"Great breakfast. Starts at 6.30am so come early because if you’re late, it gets crowded and no more food left. Room is clean, front desk is friendly. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided, so please bring your own. It’s in a good area, feel safe"
"Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Location and parking space is always great. Staff is always giving a welcome greeting. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is clean and always smelling fresh"
"It’s located in a quiet area with many quality restaurants nearby. Is an easy walk to the French quarter if you are so inclined. The staff was kind and the room far exceeded our expectations at this price point. "
"This hotel was as stated in the reviews. The hotel was a good stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was cleaned and smelled good. Parking was $25 across the street. I would stay here again."
"The breakfast was varied and enough to fill me up. When the toilet got clogged, I had to wait until the next morning for it to be fixed, but they handled it politely."
"Great location at the garden district. Easy access to the tram ride. Staffs were friendly. If you like the old new orleans flares this would be the perfect hotel for you We had the suite. Beds were very comfortable. Extra living room was perfect. Don't miss out on their amazing rooftop bar view. However the hotel needs some remodeling. Carpet is old, bathroom outlet isn't working. Bathroom overall needs update. Needs more light fixture. 1 elevator is not operating. Another one was down for half a day."

Great
GGuest UserPros: The hotel, converted from a Catholic church, is very unique. The bars and restaurants have a distinctive style, and the ambiance and staff are very elegant. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and elegant neighborhood with bars on the main street that exude local charm, and it's not far from the French Quarter. Cons: My room was too small; the actual space felt different from the pictures. The dining experience at the restaurant wasn't the best. While waiting for service at the door, the receptionist replied, ”Can I help you?” Being treated like a curious tourist made me uncomfortable. The table assignment was also unpleasant. I was led to a table near the kitchen entrance, even though there were better tables available. I only sat down in a quiet spot after insisting.
GGuest UserThis is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills. It’s a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner. There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price.
GGuest UserWhen I come back to New Orleans, this is the only place I'd want to stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it took us no time to get into the city proper. If you are ever overwhelmed by the city, there are plenty of places to hang out and relax at the Marsh.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
