MMaryAlways a pleasure staying at this hotel. Location and parking space is always great. Staff is always giving a welcome greeting. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is clean and always smelling fresh

This is a clean and well-sorted property with all the basic amenities and no frills. It’s a great uptown location for those who are visiting the universities or Ochsner. There are no fitness facilities, however you can go to any number of local gyms and buy a day pass if necessary. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re seeking basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

GGuest UserWhen I come back to New Orleans, this is the only place I'd want to stay! The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it took us no time to get into the city proper. If you are ever overwhelmed by the city, there are plenty of places to hang out and relax at the Marsh.

I had a wonderful business stay at this hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, including meeting venues and great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work, with reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. It was a great balance of business convenience and New Orleans charm. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserIt's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location. The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.
