Dauphine Orleans Hotel

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the French Quarter area. Very comfy hotel rooms with a nice bathroom and coffee making facilities inside the room. Would definitely stay again if visiting NOLA.

The rooms are not shiny new, but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly!

The property has a lot of character but is need of some upkeep. It has an overall run down feel. However, the location was good and was quiet at night despite being just a block from bourbon street

Lovely boutique style hotel. Cozy rooms with balcony to courtyard. Friendly, helpful staff. Has parking facilities if you need. Small bar with entertainment . Great coffee station in the morning. 5 minutes to Bourbon St. Would stay here again!

Excellent spot in the french quarter within walking distance to everything!! Loved the balcony!!

The room was ok and location was convenient to the French quarter. The room had so cleanliness issues and could use some repairs, ie. A shower head attachment was missing. When we asked for more essentials half way through the stay they never arrived, we had to go get them later that day. I would try somewhere new before I would stay here again.

My review is about the cottage s, which I stayed and had a great experience. However must of negative reviews since to be in the hotel main building. Location excellent in the street behind bourbon but in the quiet spot to sleeep. Plenty of restaurants and walking distance to everything in the French quarter.

Important things to know: 1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the outdoor spaces. You have to stand out on the street. Would have been a dealbreaker if I had known. 2. Parking at the hotel is $45 tax/night. Pre-plan your parking to be not in the French Quarter. Fittings and decor are kinda old and shabby. TV is very basic, only a handful of working channels. Wifi acceptable. Very disappointed so far.

Second time staying here. Perfect location for French Quarter area. Very walkable. Would stay again. Didn't care for bathroom set-up with the sink out in the open but it depends on the room you get and personal taste.
