"The room was very comfortable, especially the kitchen facilities provided great help for our 9-night stay. The service was very good, and the waiter would ask if the room needed cleaning every day."
"The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. The hotel staff is very friendly and proactive in helping with parking. The hotel is also very clean and I would go there again next time."
"The hotel is in a good location, the service is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, living on a high floor, you can see the beautiful scenery of the whole city from a distance, the hotel is cost-effective, and the experience is good"
"The location is very good for Pitt or Carnegie-Mellon. The room was great and the check-in was friendly and fast. The parking is adjacent so that was nice. Sad to pay an additional $22 on top of room The bar was lively enough without being too much I was happy to be able to get breakfast starting at 6:30- and the food was good. I will stay here again."
"This is our second stay at a hotel under the same brand, but in a different city. The front desk staff today were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, clean and tidy, and the water pressure was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was warm. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience for my family! 👍"

Amazing
GGuest UserPittsburgh is a truly wonderful city to visit with so much to do. Hotel Monaco is right in the heart of it and an easy walk to the hop on hop off your bus and sporting venues. The tour bus is particularly good as it will take you to up to 21 different stops / spots in Pittsburgh. Hotel Monaco is next to an excellent Italian restaurant. The hotel room service was food and arrived quickly. The Biergarden on the roof and the free drinks for guests from 5 - 6pm daily are both nice touches. I cannot recommend a trip to Pittsburgh highly enough.
GGuest UserIncredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car.
GGuest UserThis pace was great! The amenities were next level - especially love the gym equipment in the room. The location was great, and the staff were very helpful

11ccmThe hotel environment is clean and tidy, the service staff is warm and polite, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the cost-effectiveness is high. It is a pleasant stay experience.
GGuest UserTryp was awesome. Great historical location and renovation. Location was fun, safe. Staff was excellent. Will strongly recommend. Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am. When checking out Tryp made the experience right. Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.
GGuest UserWyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.
