Perfect Location, situated at the Pantai Chenang Beach. Room was also neat and clean budget segment wise.

Perfect location. Cheap with evarge facilities. Clean. I extend my trip with same amount. Will come again.

Average hotel at best - location is ok around 3 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast is awful simply don’t bother with it. Won’t recommend or go back

Wonderful stay in the heart of Cenang! We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Agate. The location is perfect — right on the main street with restaurants and shops all around, and just a short walk to Cenang Beach. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a good bed and strong air conditioning. Housekeeping kept everything tidy every day. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea — a great spot for breakfast or dinner at sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with transport and gave us good tips on what to see nearby. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

1. The hotel facilities are very old and completely inconsistent with the pictures. Please see the pictures for details. The pillows are yellow and moldy, the shower head is moldy, the toilet sewer keeps emitting the smell of a septic tank, and many places in the room are not clean. 2. The fat lady at the reception desk was very unfriendly. When I explained the above problem, her reply was very arrogant and said that there was no room to change because I booked a junior suite. But no matter what room, the cleaning work must be done well? 1. Kemudahan hotel sangat lama dan tidak konsisten dengan gambar. Sila lihat gambar untuk butiran. Bantal berwarna kuning dan berkulat, kepala pancuran berkulat, pembetung tandas terus mengeluarkan bau tangki septik, dan banyak tempat di dalam bilik tidak bersih. 2. Wanita gemuk di meja penyambut tetamu sangat tidak ramah. Apabila saya menerangkan masalah di atas, jawapannya sangat angkuh dan mengatakan bahawa tidak ada ruang untuk menukar kerana saya menempah junior suite. Staff are friendly. Location is great, walking distance to a lot of duty free shop and in front is beach. Pillow too soft, no slippers. Lift need some maintenance

Breakfast food are nice with 4choices

Royal Agate Beach Resort is super good located, right in the middle of the market on Pantai Cenang. The hotel itself is a comfortable , big and clean hotel but nothing luxury. Slightly expensive during my booking during LIMA celebration festival. Breakfast is a decent fare. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

I've been there for business trip after visiting Langkawi and enjoying the island and resort.

The management sucks, very rude, unfriendly, especially the so called Manager. Anthony Dave, I believe that’s his name,is a ****. This guy needs to be fired immediately. I will recommend nobody as long as he holds that position.

The house keeper did not clean the room on Saturday September 27 When I made the booking it was stated explicitly the room rate include breakfast When I check in the staff said breakfast has never been part of the package Every morning I have to walk and sometime take grab to find a place to have breakfast For the inconvenience caused i would appreciate if the hotel can refund at least 2 nights room charges.
