"Facilities: The facilities are relatively old and the standard is Samsung.
Hygiene: The sanitary environment and bedding are generally not very clean.
Environment: There seems to be a bar downstairs and the sound is too loud at night to make it difficult to sleep.
Service: The service is quite enthusiastic and the front desk can communicate in Chinese without any barriers.
The size of the double bed room I booked was really small. The hot water in the room was hot and cold. I felt that the price was a bit expensive and not very cost-effective."
"I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!"
"Book only one night, the if you need to extend pay cash. Don't use trip.com. The hotel has stated they do not charge cancellation fees, but trip.com refuses to change the policy. Plus, if you pay cash directly, it is cheaper."

"In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles."
"Excellent location, there are many snack bars, coffee shops and entertainment on the nearby street. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, clean and hygienic. Chinese people need to take their documents (do not understand), check out and wait for the hotel staff to check the room before returning the documents."
"Generally hotel standard is below the standard of a 4 star hotel
Location is not very good and quite far from the town centre about 30 minutes walk
HOTEL room is very big for single occupancy
Hotel amenities were in quite bad. The swimming pool is closed and the bar is closed as well.
Rooms were clean.
Service is satisfactory and the reception does not speak English."

"Very good next time I will go, Vietnam is very good hotel is really good, next time I will bring friends to live there, see if there are any good projects arranged."
"The location is super superior, and you can get there on foot from Lao Cai Port in Vietnam. It’s only been three years of the epidemic, and there are too few Chinese outbound tourists, and the Chinese proficiency of hotel staff has dropped significantly"
SSuolahamiqiVery very satisfied, especially like the decoration style, the room is very good, clean and sanitary, the bed is very comfortable, large floor-to-ceiling windows, various coffee drinks at the front desk on the third floor of the hotel, the children have a lot of fun, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, especially good
GGuest UserI made a reservation for one day because it is right next to the Chinese border. The facilities are clean and the balcony view is good. There is a local market a little further down. The cafe in front of the hotel also has a nice feel. The TV has Netflix and YouTube. It was a hot day. I stayed comfortably. Recommended. Grab is good to go to Lao Cai Station, but I didn't use it. If you go to the market, there are auto riders. You can just grab their hand signals. ww
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.
JJared DeanAChecking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive.
Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable.
Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside.
Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.
フフィフティーハリケーンIt was my first time staying in Lao Cai, and the woman at the front desk was smiling and the room was very clean. There is also a restaurant and massage facilities on site, and there are markets and places to eat nearby. It was great to be able to see the Song Hong River from the room.
张张It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6~ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.
