I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing and memorable time in tambuli. First, the room is so cozy and clean The amenities i love the nature vibes of the entire resort they preserved the trees. Second, I love the pool area it was heated with a jacuzzi. I had an amazing time at the pool bar during the happy hour. Third, there's a trumpet performer at the lobby during the night it was so relaxing to end your day while having dinner. There's a restaurant beside the lobby. Lastly, the service was fantastic, very accommodating, and hospitable they're not intimidating they're so helpful to everyone.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room and other hotel facilities was no longer the best. For over 100 euros per night, I expect cleanliness and no mold or rust in the room. It's a shame, because all the staff were highly motivated and friendly.

You must double check everytime your giving a depository amount upon checking in. They might not issues receipts & denied your giving a certain amount. Just be cautious.

Hotel room is not pretty but the swimming pool and beach are worth it. The breakfast is just so-so.

Lovely hotel, nice room that was very clean (added bonus for the washing machine in the room!!) Hotel amenities were ok, but not much going on- if your thinking of swimming with whale sharks be prepared for the 4hr drive (well worth it tho, it was incredible!) Food in the hotel was extremely over priced for what it was!Our breakfast was included with our stay, but if it was not good, especially if you were paying the £17 (GBP). There was very little choice, the food displays were always empty and breakfast is advertised as open till 10 but at 9:45 the staff had cleared away the food after helping themselves to the “leftovers” that customers were still paying for!! Beach was nice and pools were very well kept! The staff were super friendly and willing to help- cannot fault the service! The hotel has its own private beach and water sports area which was lovely, however be super careful when swimming in the sea as there’s lots of sea urchins close to the shore! (Maybe the hotel could put warning signs up about this could be very dangerous if not expected?) Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay, but probably wouldn’t come back. The hotel has so much potential but deffo needs work in some areas💕

Been here few times and this is my first review of this resort. For the times I’ve stayed in the resort it was constantly a good experience for me, my family and friends.

The resort is beautiful! The pools are amazing and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is western and local buffet. Definitely recommend!

This resort is misrepresented in Trip.com. It is old and tired, and is nowhere near 5 star quality. I was so surprised by the lack of quality and detail of the grounds, and the room is completely misrepresented. It is very basic and bland with poor, cheap furniture, and overlooks construction and total trash right next to the building. There is an odd smell in the building and room that I can’t describe. The rooms are so old they are still using keys to open the door. The beach is awful and not maintained. I actually went back to the desk and happily gave up my room and the non-refundable cost of it and moved into the city, after about 30 minutes of walking and deciding what to do. Mactan Island is not a destination area. The staff was very gracious. I can’t blame them for poor management.
